Black Mountain Bash

 

This weekend was Aron, Buck, and company’s birthday bash at Black Mountain! It was a good time filled with granite boulders, beautiful blue skies, and good friends.

I unintentionally went on a classic V8 tour. First at 100 Days, then Soulsnatch, and finishing up on Cracker Boy. All good problems that I would recommend. 100 Days is on the way to the Wild Things boulder; Soulsnatch is at the Camp 4 group site, and Cracker Boy is up near the Lookout Tower. I got some video but no pics of those. At the end of the weekend Anthony and I summited a big ass boulder up by Cracker Boy, see pics below.

I’m actually planning to try my hand at some plastic pulling on saturday at the threshold comp. Wish me luck!
